Movie Workouts: Beauty and the Beast Mode

Bonjour! Good day! How is your family? Bonjour! Good day! How is your wife?

We all love drinking games but sometimes we can't be drunk on a Monday night. What a world... So! Instead, how about a Workout Game? Most of the fun and way healthier! Pop in the OG Beauty and the Beast (1991) and get moving! (OR try this in the theater, have a friend film you, and get internet famous!)

Beauty and the Beast Movie Workout

  1. When anyone says “beauty” or Belle is reading a book - do 5 bicycle crunches
  2. When anyone says “Beast” or The Beast gets angry - do a burpee
  3. When anyone says “Gaston” - do 2 push-ups  
  4. When anyone says “rose” or a rose petal falls - do 5 chair dips
  5. When anyone says “enchanted” - stand up, spin in a circle, and sit down
  6. Whenever Cogsworth and Lumiere disagree - do 3 squats
  7. Whenever a song starts - hold a plank as long as you can!

You'll have biceps to spare!
